POSTING

We post Monday-Thursday using Royal Mail. We promise to dispatch your order in 1-2 working days after you place it. We will email you when your order is dispatched and provide you with tracking info.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

The Reptile Works guarantee live arrival on all livestock if the shipping method used is Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm. 

If you don't receive your order from us when expected or if the order is delivered in an unexpectable manner (e.g crushed packaging) please let us know asap.

If isopods are ordered, we always put in one or two extra pods to allow for the unlikely event of any DOA (Dead on arrival).

 If any of the amount of pods you purchased are unfortunately DOA, please contact us within six hours with photographic evidence. We can then arrange for a) replacement, b) site credit or c) a refund depending on the amount of isopods lost.

Live arrival guarantee will void if:

• The delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer not being home.
• Wrong delivery information provided.
• If the unlikely event Royal Mail aren't able to deliver by fault of their own.

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The Reptile Works reserve the right to withhold orders to preserve the life of livestock. (e.g weather)
• The Reptile Works reserves the right to amend T's & C's whenever we choose.
• The Reptile Works reserves the right to amend prices on our livestock whenever we choose.
• All of the images on our website have been taken by us, for our use only.
• The Reptile Works reserves the right to decline any order.
• By placing an order with us we assume you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
